Its still surprise me just how a number of people don't know about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google) although lots of people lost a ton of weight with it. Thanks to my mate who told me about it. I have lost crazy amounts of weight.

This was surprisingly easy. I have tight muscles and back issues as well but it was super easy other then bending down
Just tried yoga seriously for the first time in my life (Iβm 34). Fortunately Iβve never had problems with general fitness, so this video was okay for me. It felt ok, on the whole. Will put video #2 in my phone for tomorrow morning and see how this progresses for me. Thanks π
I have just completed day 1 (watching it on Amazon). I am 62 and I used to do yoga a lot in my younger days. I have an arm that doesn't straighten since I broke the elbow from a fall on black ice some years ago, which made my balance a wee bit off, but on the whole I managed day 1 and will do day 2 tomorrow π

Can you put 1 hour yoga practice
This was really good in the beginning, and I really wanted to like it, but I felt like the constant talking was quite distracting. Couldn't relax after a while.

i have bad depression and anxiety which deteriorated my physical health completely, im barley 17 minutes in and i am so tired, sweaty, and getting cramps i had to take a break but i can say this is definitely a good video. really worked my legs and core and she explains things nicely !!! definitely gonna make myself finish the 30 days
Having knowledge is a different thing but being able to communicate it properly is a different thing

I watched the video yesterday to see what's about. Today I did day 1, i need to loose 60 pounds, and I belive yoga will help me. The exercises are not hard but I don't exercise for over a year and the last 9 months im recuperating from knee injury and brain surgery. So I'm pretty tightly

It would have been much better if I found this unique , Yamzoko Weebly (sβarch Gβ βgle to get it) a few years back. For 3 weeks of pursuing the programs, I shed 12 pounds There is still need of physical exercises even just a few times a week and also the foodstuff to nibble on must be ideal. The end result presented to me is awesome. Undoubtedly, this plan is important and I also do wish this would work to you too because it did to me.
