I recommend this. It worked for me. I have been doing this for at least a month, 2-3 times a week. My waist became smaller. It works the butt muscles too because my glute muscles (plus arms, thighs, and stomach) hurt after the first few workouts.

This video has good information, but I'm not sure about the best diet plan that I should use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets? I have noticed several folks mention amazing things about Custokebon Secrets.

I really like Dena! I love how her videos offer beginner and advanced levels, and she encourages us to do what our bodies are capable of doing, but also reminds us to challenge ourselves a little bit. I don't feel bad for having to scale back on "advanced" levels until I my body is ready for them. 🙂

Is there a way to modify the squats that would render the same results? I have really bad knees and often experience pain during any kind of exercise that puts too much pressure on them…. but I really want to tone and strengthen thighs and butt.
