  4. rekt me on my first try. I usually do 3-4 in a row. This plus the warmup/cooldown was more than enough. I'm sure I'll get better at it 🙂

  35. okay so. i accidentally did this video on day 2 of the 2020 2 week shred instead of the other full body workout in that. and im so glad i did. after doing it again, on day 8, i can see how much stronger ive gotten. i didnt take any extra breaks (besides ads 😉 and im tired, but caught my breath after like 2 mins. the first time, i was literally dying on the floor. so yeah. keep at it. after 6 days im a lot stronger, and even if i cant see any physical change, i know consistency is working. stay motivated yall 🙂
