I am starting in stock market and i am wondering if anyone here is using investease from RBC. Thank you
Just letting you know I came across your channel today and binge watching 😁 I’m a new Ottawa resident and I’ve been invested in VERY too since March 2020, looking to get a PHEV or full EV and start real estate investing! Hoping at 30 I’m not too late to start getting to financial nirvana as you have! So far content has been really good and appreciate you taking the time out to make these! All the best!
I’m looking to go into real estate investing. I follow your channel and notice you and most other people invest in resale homes. However i wanted to focus on new builds (townhomes) and i have several reasons why i think that’s the way to go
1. Low maintenance for several years
2. Very easy to rent a brand new home
3. Once the neighborhood becomes a full community (schools, shops, amenities get built) the value of the home moves up
4. The quality of tenants tend to be higher than an older home in the inner city
Our last two homes we’ve lived in were all new builds so we know the process quiet well. What do you think about this strategy?
Im also in the Ottawa region, what are the neighborhoods you recommend?
What do you think about Bridgemarq (BRE.TO)? 9.68% yield, small company but pretty stable sector (people ALWAYS buy and sell houses).
Great video bro
Mama, do you have any tips on not being greedy when investing in stock? I invested $2500 on a stock and is now worth 10k. People tell me to take profit but i just feel like its going to grow more.
Nonsense. There is no discounts , there is bidding war going on 😳
Really enjoy your videos, very informative! But I have hard time to download your free guide.
Thank you so much for these videos.
Excellent video, thanks for sharing.
