Never met anyone that got fat from eating some fruit lol. Its from all the garbage they eat. Remember fruit has fibre in that slows digestion.
So why does fatty foods such as penut butter have so many calories if its not high in carbs what does fatty foods which are low in carbs have to do with weight gain?

People who rely on diets and counting calories are idiots. Now hear me out: I tried it and I was there, done that. Never worked for me as it's very taxing on your willpower and you won't be able to go for a year or few on diets. Unless ur a super disciplined person — but 95% of people including me are not.
So instead of dieting what worked for me was fixing my hormonal problems, such as leptin and insulin resistance. Nowadays I eat once or twice a day and I'm done for. I'm mega full. I don't even need to tax my willpower, I'm literally forced to maintain a healthy lifestyle just because my hormones are working with me.
Anyways, the way I reversed my hormonal problems was through doing 3 things consistently. I call them the 3 pillars.
1) eat one ingredient, unproccesed foods. All 3 macronutrients including carbs, but if you want faster results go for keto. I personally can't do keto.
2) Workout 2-3 times a week. Full body resistance training. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can do it at home like I do.
3) Do somekind of a fasting protocol daily like 16/8. And do prolonged fasts once in a while lasting 2 or more days.

Don't think that rice or pasta or bread is ever good for you !
They still contain lots of energy.
Better go with less caloric dense foods…with higher dietary fiber in them .

I eat a ton of carbs (300-400g per day), but I do Alternate Day Fasting to keep my body on low insulin and high glucagon levels. So basically I can eat a ton of carbs without worrying about gaining fat, quite the opposite is happening everyday. I don't eat junk food or refined carbs though. Only buckwheat, rice, brown rice, corn, manno crops, etc.

What I’m trying to ask what is better for weight loss in terms of insulin production? Eating a protein bar banana and eggs all at one setting or eating all three within a hour or two? To try to be even more clear is it better to eat while you have a spike in insulin or wait until it drops then eat again?

4:22 it was mentioned that if we eat less carbs or when body needs glucose, it takes from liver and muscle first then fat cell. is that mean if go on low carb diet and do workouts ..my muscle will decrease first and fat later? please clarity. Thank you for the great video.
