IGA sells expensive groceries compared to Walmart etc., that's why it's empty! People go for the large, cheaper stores.

Totally unresonable and unnesseccary.. Just people who are fearful and greedy.. But we are hoping that the stores will restock.. All supermarkets stay open and promise to restock regularly.. Lots of venues closed but life in Vancouver goes on.. Just no seating in cafes etc, but they are allowed to stay open for the take out food and drink, and people take transit, walk around the city normally.. The malls are open.. Just reduced hours..
