  1. I normally do NOT comment on videos or anything else on Youtube. I find that 99% of comments are not worth reading. However, I must say that having this playing next to my bed each night has helped me out. I have been listening to this for the past 2 weeks and I do feel a difference. I am not going to say that listening to this changed my life, but it has given me a boost when I have been feeling down about weight loss. I use this like I do any tool. I use to supplement a healthier diet, exercise, portion control, and Caloric journaling. I would recommend that this be part of your arsenal as well to help lose weight.

    On another note (pun intended), the music is relaxing and enjoyable to listen to. I skip past the opening remarks and the audible suggestions and go straight to the actual music. It is relaxing and I do find myself in a better head-space while sleeping and upon waking up.

    If you are unsure about subliminal messaging and self hypnosis, please do the research. Do not believe me blindly. Please find the information that can help you out so you can make an informed decision on whether this is right for you.

  5. Hi, it sounds very relaxing. I am wondering how loud we are supposed to put it ? ‘Cause I wake up very easily from sounds and first time yesterday I didn’t put it very loud . Is that a problem ? I know that there hidden messages for the unconscious or subconscious but if I don’t have it loud will I get them, or I miss everything? Thank you in advance for your time and understanding.

  7. Been listening to this for a couple weeks now. Lost 6 lbs with exercise and my cravings have definitely diminished. Portion control has definitely been affected in a positive way.

Okay so I was just looking for some peaceful music to fall asleep to (which this amazing) because my husband snores anyway I wake up and realized what I picked and mind you no big deal I would like to lose 10-15 pounds but honestly didn't really think anything of it until sitting down at the end of the day and realize wow I felt really good today and only ate what I needed. I turned food away after being done and didn't feel a need for seconds and just again I feel good about myself. I went in my backyard in leggings and a sports bra without thinking to run around with my daughter in the water. I'm sorry but since having a kid I have not shown my tummy. I've gone out of my way to cover it up. So I'm going with on some level this works. I'm going to listen for a couple days and see what happens. Either way very peaceful music to sleep to.

  11. Okay. I'm gonna say it. After I forwarded to music part 40 secs in I began yawning🤔.
    Then felt more tired, comfy as I write this.
    And to think the rainfall one did nothing for me .

  12. I’ll start listening tonight. I feel awful about gaining 30 pounds and not having the drive for more than 2 days to stick to a healthy diet.

I don't normally comment but I've been listening to this for about a week now and I have noticed a difference in how much I'm eating and what I'm eating and I've now actually gone from drinking 2 2L bottles of fizzy a day to nothing and I thought it would be really hard to give it up but it really really wasn't I'm starting at a big weight and really need to change for my health and so far this is really helping me so thank you

  16. FYI I know this video is meant to be helpful. I have an ED and I’ve been listening to this before I was diagnosed. I’m not saying this is the cause, my ED stemmed from something years and years ago. I just want you to know eating less can harm your metabolism and wind up starving your body of nutrition. When I got my lab results back, my body was so deprived of food it didn’t know how to handle it when I did eat.

    Your body is great the way it is. There’s no such thing as good and bad food, but rather different types. Where I go for help, we call Fats Lipids. Yes, they mean the same thing, but it feels so liberating to have a more positive word connecting to them.

    We have a meal plan chart. It varies depending on the patient. While you don’t have to be as strict as that, it will help. Make sure you get the right amount of food from each food group. Carbs, Lipids, Fruits, Protein, Dairy, and more.

    The recovery process from this is a long and tough one. Just remember that your body is valid. I’m not saying this to guilt trip you, I want you to be aware that you can eat what you want and still be happy. The subliminal just reminded me too much of my own thoughts when I was in that dark space. I just figured I’d put this out here to let y’all know that I care about you. You deserve to be happy with how you look, so if you really wanna lose weight, you can disregard this message, but for those who also might be struggling with an ED while listening to this, or just body image in general, I’m here for you. I feel for you.

  17. I’ve been listening to this a few weeks now. I’m 47 years old and have never purchased beet roots before today!!
    I’m also looking forward to preparing them for my family. They might not like them but that’s ok. It’s not processed garbage “food”!! I know that listening to these every night has been one of the reasons I am feeling so drawn to eating better. I don’t crave garbage food as much. It’s not a miracle but heck the other day I threw away part of a small Dairy Queen blizzard because it just tasted disgusting. That’s something very unlike me before…. With those words in the back of my head every day it just becomes normal. I am so thankful for this. I know these videos must be saving people lives!!

  18. Have been listening to these for three nights. This one helps me fall asleep the fastest. I weigh myself at the same time every morning. Today I weigh 0.7kg less than yesterday morning. Also today I’m struggling to eat 1000 calories, and have had zero cravings to snack. Love this!!!!!!!! Thank you 🙏

  19. I've been on a healthy eating and exercise regiment for about 12 weeks now. I'm finally starting to see minimal results but I need a boost. I feel like I've been working too hard not to see more of a change. Hopefully this will help in some way.
